Im not entirly sure what your asking...
Do you want to grab posts from other blogs and publish them on another site? If so you can grab the atom feed and then use php to parse and output the feed. All blogger blogs come with atom feeds.
That is the only thing i can think you want to do....If not just say and ill try again.
