Team Icons
Ever wonder in forums which user groups have pictures which displays their user group for each user group?, Well I'm going to tell you now that these are called Team icons. Heres a Brief example
Notice that picture says Administrator?, Thats the Team Icon.

Explanation about pips
Pips
Pips are the little bars for members which increase in even size. Usually in a forum, the more posts, the more pips will be displayed under your name if your user group does not have an Team Icon. Heres a brief example
Notice the little bar?, thats the pip. Which will increase as I post more in the forums.
