just to give my thought or some tips on Search Engine Optimization as my 1000 post on this forum.

Optimizing site. Optimizing site is very important if you want your page or site to on top of the search result thus driving traffic to your site. Better go into a niche rather than going into general aspect or topic. Meta tags is still important. Search engines gets a portion of your meta like description to be displayed on their search index.

Make sure that every page should have its title and unique description. Example, Site A has a title of Title One and have description One, Sub pages or inner pages should have a different title too that can include your main page title. Say "Subpage Title - Title One" and have also a description focusing primarily on the subpage content that also includes a portion on main page description.
Navigation or site structure must be observed.

For off page, a varying anchor links pointing to your site gains more exposure that a single keyword. Example you want to optimize your site to "precharge" you can use precharge management, precharge forums or developing your long tail keyword.

make sure that the content is not primarily for search engine bots, but also for human visitors.

there are other things you can do for Search Engine Optimization, and link building. be sure to experiment the possibility.
