to answer you question
1. I am not saying affiliate program is so good or bad, but if you know what you are doing you could be successful
2. None so far becuase i am not indulge much on this activity
3. One way is to register at adwords, promote the product there by bidding on keywords specific on that product but could easily be spotted on, be sure that the amount you spent should be much lower than your commission (this is the rule)
